Purchased a Subaru Legacy at Goldstein in January with the help of incredible salesman Justin Pakatar . Highly recommend this dealership and Justin . Service is amazing and couldn't be happier with the experience . They are efficient nice and very helpful . The best car i've ever owned ! 04/30/25 1st Service Follow up . Oil change in the express service was amazingly quick . around an hour if that . Also all the staff were nothing but a pleasure . Scheduled an appointment to install door bumper guard for - 05/16/25 door bumper installation in under an hour scheduled in as an appointment . Again all the staff were nothing but the most excellent . Highly recommend Goldstein Subaru for purchasing and any service .

The Goldstein people were super knowledgeable and not pushy at all! Amber was phenomenal and friendly. She walked us through the buying process and even when selling us the extended warranty, we were not pushed into something we didn’t want. I am new to Albany from FL and had to get my car registered and inspected. I headed over to my new Subaru dealer and had two incredible experiences with their service department. The service team went above and beyond with my questions and little things I needed accomplished. The wait was under an hour for my inspection and the waiting area is really nice. All of the service members I dealt with were truly so helpful. So happy to have Goldstein Subaru as my new dealership! 10/10 recommend!

My first experience at Goldstein Subaru was very welcoming and Kevin was excellent with handling my purchase Of the 2025 Crosstrek. I test drove the Crosstrek and wanted it in red. Kevin found a red Crosstrek and it arrived the next day. Everything was handled for me, and it was a very smooth purchasing process!
The express service dept. was exceptional during my visit on May 15, 2025. I was greeted and asked to explain my concerns for the visit. I felt actually listened to and, once my options were discussed, they confirmed what we agreed to be done. He kept me in the loop regarding what they found during the oil change, a change in price that he previously estimated lower, as well as battery result info. The whole process was much quicker than I expected.
Great for service. Have had them do two repairs. A/C and transmission issues. They do not upsell, thankfully. They rapidly diagnose the exact issue and fix it, often advising on possible cost savings, like holding off until I could get reimbursed by Subaru of America. They are busy, I suspect because they are good. An appointment is worth the wait; I have confidence they will do a good job and I can trust them. Thanks, Timothy (a/c) and Doug (transmission).
